A-HEC: Are there any key lessons you learned along the way, such as approaches that do not work well? SS: Just as with our students, faculty development has to be learning and learner-centered. It’s really appalling what passes for development of adjunct faculty. But when quality learning experiences are made available, the adjunct and full-time faculty are eager to engage.
