A-HEC IsL Features:
Institution or Department Level. Participants can choose to audit either an entire institutional effort, or a departmental, college, divisional, or other operating unit effort. For instance, you can audit the online learning efforts of your School of Business or Continuing/Professional Education branch against like efforts. Or you can audit your entire institution. Or you can choose both!
Multiple Respondents. Participation can be done with a single respondent or up to five respondents familiar with your effort. Including more respondents allows you to get a balanced view of your initiative. We can also accomodate greater than five respondents, as well as student respondents (requires advanced level). So, for instance, survey key administrative leaders, key faculty leaders, and students to see how they align - while being benchmarked against all participants!
Meaningful Comparisons and Insights. Your results will be benchmarked against efforts from similar classification (private, public, research, etc), similar size (enrollments and/or operating budget), similar subject matter, similar progress level - in addition to the entire community! Just as important, you will receive qualitative summaries of key inputs from your participants - to facilitate an internal dialogue on how to make progress.
Longitudinal Process. We are establishing a database that will allow you to benchmark progress each year against your previous results as well as the community!
Participation requires an A-HEC annual sponsorship or nomination by one of our corporate sponsors. Sponsorship of A-HEC is meaningful, rewarding, and very affordable. Click here to learn more and submit an inquiry for sponsorship.
